Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, packed carefully in recycled or recyclable materials where possible. UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked, and you will get tracking details once your order is on its way. Postage is confirmed when we arrange your order, as online checkout is not live yet. If you are outside the UK, get in touch first and I will see what I can arrange.

Damaged in the post

If something arrives damaged, please get in touch within 2 days of delivery (or message me on Instagram) and I will arrange for you to send photos of the piece and the packaging. I will replace it or refund you.

Returns

If you change your mind, let me know within 14 days of receiving your order and return the piece in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is your responsibility, and please pack it well, as it remains yours until it reaches me safely. Custom commissions are made to order and can only be returned if faulty.
